**Please note Albert Township does accept postmarks.**

 

Partial Payments are accepted after the summer and winter bills are mailed.

Personal property taxes are delinquent as of March 1.

 Delinquent taxes are sent to the Montmorency County Treasurer on March 1st.

Albert Township collects property taxes in the summer and winter. Summer bills are payable and due beginning July 1st through September 14th. Winter bills are payable and due beginning December 1st through February 14th.  All payments must be received in the township offices by 3:00 pm on the due date or they will be considered late. After these dates, penalties and interest will apply. Albert Township does accept postmarks.
